Our clients are front and centre in our approach to web design and development projects. We work closely with our clients to develop a site that achieves their immediate business goals (and budgetary objectives) - whilst offering "future-proofing" - that is, to build a solution that will expand as your business grows. This saves you money now and later!

The Design Phase

Your input is the most important element in our design process - we want to design the site to align with your business branding. If you don't have a vision for the look of your site - no problem, we will take the lead.  Once we have finished the initial concepts, we will provide them to you for feebdack.  We then modify the design until it captures the essence of your business.

Many web design companies offer a limited no of design concepts and a limited no of revisions in their fixed price packages.  If you are not happy with the design when you hit your limit, you will just have to live with it (or pay extra to have more design work done). We are different! We want you to love your website - so we keep designing until you do!

The Development Phase

 Once you have signed off on the design concept, we begin building your website. Once all the build is complete, we will send you a secure log-in to our client server so that you can review the site. If you have a database website (such as a CMS or ecommerce website), then you can start playing with your site at this point. Add your products, edit your page content, upload some images! 

We invite your feedback at this point and will make any changes required (that are within scope). 

The Launch Phase

Once the website is complete, we will make the site live.  

The Marketing Phase

This phase is never-ending but it is essential to turn your website into a money making machine.  You can do it yourself (and we will give you some ideas), or we can do it for you. Check out our internet marketing pakages for more info.

Our Guarantee

We proudly guarantee all our web development work. If something we build and install doesn't work in that same environment, we will fix it without charge for 60 days after we have completed work on your site.
