Our Process:

Understanding client requirements and convert them into real applications would really require a well defined process to make sure we deliver what you are expecting on time. We make sure to have a success for our clients and eventually would be our success. We manage all of our projects with state of the art Project Management System (PMS).

We have divided our projects into a series of stages as outlined below.

Stage One - Project Initiation

We propose to commence this project with a meeting with you to take a design brief and to discuss any project issues. We will then have an internal project meeting to initiate the project.

Stage Two- Website Design – Concepts & Revisions

The design brief will be used to develop the initial concepts for the site. These concepts will be provided to you for consideration and feedback. We will continue to work on the design until you approve it. There is no limit to the number of concepts or variations.

Stage Three - Website Development & Integration

During this stage, we will build the site in accordance with the brief, the approved concept and our internal project plan. There will be various “internal” releases, where we build and then test functions to ensure that the development proceeds smoothly.

Stage Four - Technical Testing & Bug Fixing

The next stage is the in-house technical testing and bug-fixing process. We develop “test cases” which are theoretical user and admin scenarios about how they will use the site. We then run those test cases during this stage – which will identify any problems in the website structure and any errors.

Stage Five - Fine Tuning & Amendments

Based on your feedback, we make modifications to the site (within scope). Any out of scope modifications will be separately quoted on and then you can decide whether to proceed. The final version of the site will be uploaded to your hosting account, and then tested again.

Stage Six - Site launch

The final step in the website development process is to make the site “live” at your domain name.
